Cut into round shapes in thin .
Then add salt and curry leaves , turmeric powder . Mix well keep it aside.

Grind coarsely like rava of roasted peanuts

Make a paste of coconut and Fennel seed

Chop a large onion in medium

4 garlic finely chopped.

1. Pour a little Gingelly Oil in a pan and add the Ivy gourd to it and lightly fry it. Just sprinkle a handful of water and let it boil

2. Add Aachi kulambu powder and fry it

3. After all the raw smell goes, (to cook the vegetable easily keep the stove in medium flame with close the pan with closed lid ) and add coconut paste to it. Keep the stove in medium.

To saute:-
4. After that, take another fry pan, pour a little oil and add mustard urad dal. Add two dry red chili and garlic.add a big chopped onion roast in medium.After the onions are sauteed well ( add to the Ivy goud masala)
Now It’s ready to serve with the rice side-dish.
