  1. Add organic coconut oil in dosa pan , After Oil is heated well , Fennel seed , Curry leaves and two big chopped onion saute little.
  2. Add Himalayan pink salt and Aachi kulambu chilli powder roast it little.
  3. Then add coconut paste for making tasty masala until fry raw smell goes.
  4. Finally add cooked vegetable Indian broad bean ( avarakkai) roast little with little organic coconut oil . This Avarakkai Masala or Broad Beans Masala can Serve with hot ghee rice . Its really super lunch recipe. Try this weekend and enjoy .
