I mostly used homemade powder for my cooking and this fennel powder( sombu podi) can be used in different ways for non veg gravy or fry too.

Ingredients:-Fennel Seeds – I cup (quantity is as per your wish)

How to do:-• Take a heavy bottom kadai its should be like stainless steel or iron.
• Heat the Empty kadai well and make a stove flame into simmer.
• Now add fennel seed ,just Roast for 2 minutes when you are roasted well, Fennel seed Aroma will come.Then Switched off the Stove.
• Transfer to the plate. Cool down Completely and make it as a power by using the mixer grinder.
• Store this powder in the airtight masala box. very simple and you can make your cooking very tasty this will enhance all your dish into tasty dish, tryit.
