Healthy Beetroot with coconut milk Juice

First keep the fresh beetroot in water for a 1 hour and washed and diced into cubes.

Then add coconut grated .

If you have coconut water you Can add this give much sweetness.

Add cardamom powder this give a tasty flavour for this juice

After adding a beetroot and coconut (grated) then add 1 cup of water

After the 1st 1 cup of water you will grinded with thick juice.Then at last add again 1 cup of water do it again to grind.
Note
Keep the vegetable in water for 1 hour then wash and cut into dices.
