I recently tried a new biryani masala recipe. It is so tasty for biryani but I can add this for chicken and mutton gravy too. It's really a tasty masala. Come let's get started with the ingredients .

Ingredient
  • 15 gram Cardamom
  • 15 gram Cinnamon
  • 10 gram Fennel seed
  • 10 gram Cloves
  • 10 gram Pepper
  • 10 gram Kalpasi
  • 1 pieces Nutmeg
  • 10 gram Mase
  • 15 gram Bayleaf
Instructions
  1. Fry all the spices in medium flame in stove . and stored in container , whenever you are doing the non-veg biryani you can just 1 or 2 tsp of this spices .
